Adult. Level 1 - 2. Start your journey toward better health and wellness! If you are recovering from or living with an illness or injury, this soothing practice is for you. Experience restorative yoga poses, breath-work and guided meditation. Must be able to get down and up from the floor. Please have your own mat, blanket, and water bottle to enjoy this virtual class from the convenience of your own home! Instructor: Carl Gunderson, CYI., over 10 years experience.
