Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 2 - 5. Looking for a mind body practice done to music that will challenge your whole body while calming your mind? Weight training through the use of your own body weight will increase your lean body mass while improving your stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and body alignment. Various level options will be demonstrated so you can easily create your own practice. Any yoga or Pilates experience is recommended.
