Grades: 12th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. A 'virtual' transformation for your body! While using dumbbells in the convenience of your own home, this online class will help you tone up, trim down, and build strength. Learn basic weight training principles using free weights to target major muscle groups. If you have 3#, 5#, and 8# hand weights you can use them in this class. If you don’t have weights you can use soup cans, water bottles, or your own body weight! Each class will end with balance, flexibility, and core bodywork. All fitness levels are welcome.
