This new high/low energy workout will connect with your life's true rhythm through a combination of rhythmic drum music and movement. Drumsticks, your hands, a fitness ball, or a bucket are all you need to bring the fun back into fitness. Drumming is a great way to release stress and burn calories. You will find yourself dancing, singing, and grooving. Whether or not you have rhythm, you will find drumming is fun and easy to follow, plus you can work at your own pace! For this class, you need a large bucket or stability ball (to drum on), drumsticks (actual drumsticks, wooden spoons, a pool noodle that can be cut to create the drumsticks), and a chair.
