Description

Grades 10th - Adult. In this beginner-level Feldenkrais online course, you will learn foundational movement patterns from the Feldenkrais Method for entire body. In particular, we will emphasize help for your back, hips, shoulders, head and neck. Leave each class feeling refreshed, re-energized and re-organized. Classes will use Zoom so the instructor can see students and provide feedback to the group as necessary. If you prefer to be unseen, that is an option as well. Class audio will be recorded and all recordings provided to participants for further practice. Participants often report feeling calmer, more relaxed and grounded after a Feldenkrais class. During this time of uncertainty and stress, these gentle movement patterns may be just the thing you've been needing. Please have a mat and 3 towels or a blanket. Instructor: Dale Jensen, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practioner, 4 classes.
