STRIDE - Brewster Elementary

STRIDE is designed to develop and enhance boys social, emotional, and physical competencies to successfully navigate life experiences. Screened and trained adult volunteer coaches will teach the STRIDE curriculum focused on developing life skills through intentional conversation-based lessons and running games. At the end of the 8 weeks, boys will be physically and emotionally prepared to complete a 5K run. Learn more at www.ymcadetroit.org/stride
