Description
The Intermediate Class is for gymnasts who have mastered the Beginner Class skills. This class is the next step in the BYG Development Program and introduces new skills with a continued focus on building fundamentals, strength, and flexibility.
Prerequisite: Proficient Beginner Class skills or speak with an Instructor for exceptions. Note: key skills will be evaluated on the first day of class to ensure gymnasts are enrolled in the most productive learning environment.
The sport of gymnastics has a certain level of risk associated with it. The risk,
when managed properly, can be significantly reduced but not eliminated.
