Based on traditional Chinese medicine, tai chi is known to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai chi relaxes the body and calms the mind. Anyone can learn it regardless of age or physical condition. Sifu David Neighbors has over 30 years of experience in tai chi.
Beginner and intermediate students learn the 8 Step Form, Beijing Short Form and the 108 Long Form.
