Description

Join Tai Chi Martial Arts in the largest sport in the world. Tai Chi is an ancient exercise based on traditional Chinese medicine. This mind body experience is known to maintain strength, flexibility, improve balance and promotes good health. Students start with the 8 Step form and progress to the Beijing short form. Experienced students have the option of learning the 108 posture form.
