30-minute lessons

Fall Semester: August 4 through December 14, 2024: This activity will allow you to enroll in the 18-week semester with the below instructor(s).

• Jin, Hui
• Lee, Seungwon
• Soo, Wan Loo
• Winders, Sydney

Private lessons are available in numerous areas of study, including piano, guitar, composition, songwriting, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion. Academy students enroll in weekly 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute lessons for the entire semester (or the remainder of the semester, if enrolling mid-semester as a new student).

The Fall and Spring Semesters are 16-18 weeks depending on the teacher. The Summer Semester is 6-9 weeks depending on the teacher. All lessons are taught on the UMKC campus.
