We will contact you with a pickup confirmation email. Please note the following:

• Due to limited availability, only the first 170 people will receive an Activity Pack. Any Activity Pack not picked up within TWO days will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waitlist. If a conflict arises that prevents you from picking up your packet, please contact us at recreation@tigard-or.gov call Kaitlyn at (503) 718-2604.

• Please do not take an Activity Pack if you have not received a pick-up confirmation email from Tigard Parks & Rec.

• Each participant's name will be on their Activity Pack. Only take the pack assigned to you. All packs are the same.

Limit ONE Activity Pack per person.

Spend your summer exploring City of Tigard Parks with our Parks Passport and our NEW Junior Rangers program! The purpose of this program is to give youth and families the chance to explore and learn about their local parks and discover how they can help protect them today and in the future.

WHAT IS A JUNIOR RANGER?
Tigard Parks and Recreation’s Junior Ranger Program is designed to inspire young park visitors to explore, learn, and protect our parks with the goal of creating a life-long park enthusiast. All ages are welcome to participate.

HOW TO BECOME A JUNIOR RANGER
  1. Visit Tigard parks and complete all activities in the book. Use the tear out postcard to tell family/friends about your adventures.
  2. Email a photo of you and your completed activity book to recreation@tigard-or.gov
  3. Upon receipt, you will be emailed your official Tigard Parks and Recreation Junior Ranger Certificate!

El propósito de estos programas es brindarles a los jóvenes y las familias la oportunidad de explorar y aprender sobre sus parques locales y descubrir cómo pueden ayudar a protegerlos hoy y en el futuro.
