Description
Gymnastics incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline. Gymnasts participate on all four apparatus: vault, bears, beam, and floor. Class groups are typically divided based on skill level and include rolls, cartwheel, handstand, pullover, casts, jumps, turns, and leaps.

Your child must wear appropriate attire. Gymnastics leotards, tight athletic shorts and fitted tops are acceptable attire. Participants wearing loose clothing, skirts, and socks will not be allowed to participate; safety is a priority. Classes must have at least 3 participants registered to remain on the schedule.
