Description

20-20-20
20 minutes of low impact cardio
20 minutes of strength training using hand weights
20 minutes of stretching and cool down

Cardio will include walking in place incorporating leg and arm movements to get the heart rate elevated. Strength will touch on all muscle groups using hand held weights and resistance bands. Stretching will conclude the class.

Modifications are always welcomed
