Description
Suburban Ice instructional staff will run each session, with the assistance of parent volunteers. For the parent coaches, the on-ice sessions are part of a season-long coaching education program. The pre-requisite for coaches for the Mini Mites is desire and commitment - no previous coaching experience necessary. Equipment required: skates, helmet, gloves and stick. USA Hockey Membership, Background Screen and SafeSport Training will also be required.

Program runs approximately 25 weeks from September through March on Sundays between 5-6:00pm and Wednesdays between 5:45pm - 6:45pm. Sessions run by Suburban Instructors with the help of parent volunteers. Volunteer coaches must register with USA Hocky and complete additional prerequisites.
