Colored pencils are versatile and precise. Enhance your drawing repertoire with gem-like sticks of color! In this eight-week class, we'll start with exercises to create our own color charts that explore blending, alternate finishes, and texture. Next we will sketch from a basic still-life. Then we'll work on an exquisite rendering from a landscape photo for the last two meetings. Photo references will be provided, but instead you may certainly work from a picture that you have at home.
