Exploring Watercolor

In this class we will explore various techniques in watercolor. Lessons such as how to effectively use soft edges to contrast sharp forms, wet-in-wet painting, and the different mark making brushes can achieve will be taught among others. Basic color theory will be discussed as well. We will work from still life set ups and photos of various subjects. All levels welcome. Students provide their own materials.
