- In-Person support for connectivity and basic academic support
- Provides access to recreational, enrichment and mentoring programs
- Lunch provided daily
- Children must bring laptop or tablet

Follows Public Health Standards with:
- Daily wellness/temperature check
- Social distancing and room/space occupancy
- Regular cleaning and sanitizing, clear policies about illness
- All staff and children will wear masks.
How to Enroll
1. Create an account for any Parent/Guardian and Participant:
- Click on 'Create Account' in the upper right-hand corner
- Enter all necessary information
- Repeat for the participant
2. Download the form at the bottom of this informational activity and fill it out.
3. Email the completed form to the following individuals based on the Teen Resource Hub you plan to enroll your student into:
