Description
Beat the summer heat and still exercise with our water aerobics class. Low impact instruction includes stretching, warm-up aerobic conditioning and muscle toning exercises followed by a relaxing cool down. Water exercise may help improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone and endurance with less stress on the joints. Always check with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Notes
Proper swim attire (swim suits for females, swim trunks for males), is required to participate in the swim program. Session consists of 6 classes meeting once a week on Thursday beginning June 22 and ending July 27.
