All Vendors:
This event has a limited number of spots available. There is a TWO booth limit per customer. This market is tailored toward hand-made craft items and direct sale vendors will not be allowed. No food products can be sold.
Vendors keep all their proceeds. Registration fee is non-refundable. Set up time is from 3:00pm-4:30pm on December 16th. Please note that specific booth location requests cannot be guaranteed. Booth assignments will be emailed the Tuesday prior to the event.
All vendors will need to provide their own change fund, receipt book, tablecloth, and backdrops if desired. Any backdrops must be held by vendor-provided, free-standing supports and cannot be attached to anything in the park or Lodge. All displays must be placed behind table within booth space.
Booth spaces must be monitored at all times during the event. Vendors are not allowed to dismantle their booth until 9:00pm. Take down should be completed by 10:00pm.
Exterior Vendors:
Booth spaces inside the park but outside of the Lodge are $35 each. Each booth space outside is 10’x10’ with a minimum of 2’ between each vendor. Exterior booth vendors must provide their own canopy/shelter, table, chair, and battery-operated lights. Exterior booths do not have access to electricity.
