Description
Come join the fun at Pierce County's 8th annual Kite Festival! Families come from all over Washington State to watch amazing kite demonstrations, enjoy family kite flying, indulge in tasty food trucks, and participate in other fun activities. Help make this annual event the best one yet! Volunteers are needed to help customers assemble their kite kits, assist with parking/traffic control, help at the Pierce County info booth, and provide general event support throughout the day.
In order to volunteer with Pierce County Parks, you must first:
- Complete a volunteer application (Click HERE)
- Successfully pass a background screen
- Sign (or have a guardian sign) a waiver
- Send completed application to Kylee Ashley Volunteer Coordinator
Please register to volunteer for a specific program or event.
If you have not submitted a volunteer application, you will be contacted by the volunteer coordinator.
