FitPHX presents Full Moon Restorative Yoga. Join us for this free restorative yoga class focusing on physical, mental & emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga will be held on Friday, September 29 from 7:00-8:00PM at Encanto Park Clubhouse: 2499 N 15th Ave. This workout is open to all ages and abilities. Register today, spaces are limited!
Please be sure to bring:
- Plenty of water!
- Yoga Mat
- 1-2 blankets
- 1 pillow
- Yoga Blocks (optional)
* Preregistration is required for all participants.
