FitPHX is partnering with F45 Training this summer to provide a free functional fitness class on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 9:00A-10:00A at Longview Recreation Center (4040 N 14th Street). This workout is geared towards everyday movements for all ages and abilities. Please be sure to bring plenty of water!
* Preregistration is required for all participants.
