Dance: Adult Ballet Intermediate/Advanced (18+yrs) Oct-Nov

A ballet class designed specifically with the adult body in mind! Join a supportive group of adults who encourage and grow alongside each other through this class designed specifically with the adult body in mind! The class features classical barre work and combinations tailored to those with some dance experience, yet challenging enough for more advanced dancers returning to their practice and includes ample time for a complete barre workout and center work. The focus is a renewed love for dance. Experienced dancers with pointe experience are welcome to wear pointe shoes.
