Dance: Level 2B Ballet (11-13yrs) Wednesday 5:15pm

In our Level 2B Ballet class, dancers have the opportunity to deepen their study of ballet with a focus on proper technique and alignment. Students will work on strengthening their foundation, refining their posture, and improving their coordination through a variety of exercises at the barre and in the center. This class also emphasizes the development of self-awareness and self-management, skills that extend beyond the studio and into everyday life. It’s a key class for young dancers looking to advance their ballet training while building both technical and personal growth. Demi-pointe shoes are encouraged at this level for dancers pursuing pointe shoes. A $40 costume rental fee is required to participate in the end of semester performance and is paid to The Dance Connection the first week of class. Rented costumes must be returned after the performance to avoid additional fees. Students interested in expanding their abilities and talents are encouraged to simultaneously enroll in other Level 2 classes, Preteen Lyrical and Preteen Hip Hop.
