Dance: Level 1B Ballet (9-11yrs) Monday 4:30pm

Our Level 1B ballet class offers dancers the chance to deepen their understanding of ballet technique and alignment in a focused setting. Students will refine their posture, alignment, and movement quality, building a solid foundation for future growth. With an emphasis on developing strength, flexibility, and discipline, this class encourages dancers to engage in both the technical and artistic aspects of ballet. Dance class also provides valuable opportunities to cultivate self-awareness, self-management, and confidence—skills that benefit dancers both inside and outside the studio. This is a crucial step in the dancer’s journey to mastering ballet technique and expression. A $40 costume rental fee is required to participate in the end of semester performance and is paid to The Dance Connection the first week of class. Rented costumes must be returned after the performance to avoid additional fees. Students interested in expanding their abilities and talents are encouraged to simultaneously enroll in other Level 1 classes, Kids Lyrical Jazz and Kids Hip Hop.
