Theater: Acting Shakespeare (10-14yrs)

Students will discover how to bring Shakespeare's words to life by examining scripts to create character, learning the fundamentals of working with a director and scene partner, and performing selected scenes from As You Like It and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. By the end of the class, you and your new peers will showcase your scene work.

Level of Instruction: Beginner - Intermediate

Skills Learned: Acting, text analysis, public speaking, and ensemble work.
