Culinary: Pasta 102 (18+yrs)

In our first pasta class, we learned how to make a basic pasta dough and turn that into simple shapes. In this hands-on Pasta 102 class, we will add to that with learning how to make colored dough, rainbow pasta and pasta laminated with herbs or edible flowers. We will also explore how to make many more shapes that will be sure to delight your family and friends. Attendance at the first pasta class would be helpful but is not a prerequisite. Note, class registration will open one month prior to the class date.
