Dance: Level 3A Ballet and Contemporary (13-18yrs)

Students in this level have had previous dance experience and display and execute proper technique and placement while continuing to expand their repertoire. Students are technically advanced enough to enjoy focusing on the breath and quality of movement as they already have an understanding of the technique. A $35 ballet costume fee required to participate in end-of-semester performance is due to On Pointe on the first week of class. Dancers will also participate in a contemporary number in the end-of-semester performance and be required to acquire a simple costume. Students interested in expanding their abilities and talents are encouraged to simultaneously enroll in other Level 3&4 classes, Modern and Contemporary, and/or Teen Hip Hop.
