Indoor Pickleball Open Play PUNCH CARD

This is the registration for a Punch Card for Indoor Open Pickleball Play. The punch card is $25 and is good for 10 punches. Players will receive their card at their first visit and will leave them in a binder at the courts. To get a new card after you have gotten 10 punches, you must sign up again. Please sign up like the first time, BUT YOU NEED TO CHECK IGNORE CONFLICT DURING SIGN UP. Indoor Open Pickleball will occur weekly at Oregon High School on Sundays, 9:00am - 12:00pm, and also Wednesdays, 6:45 - 8:45pm. Punch cards will be good for both Wednesdays and Sundays. We will not be mailing punch cards to you. Pre-purchased punch cards will be available for pick up at Oregon High School during pickleball open play beginning on September 11th.
