Varsity Football Sessions:
June: 12, 14, 15, 19, 20, 22, 26, 28, 29
July: 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 20, 24, 26, 27
**EDGE will close to new registrations on Monday, June 12 at 9am**
The EDGE program will not take place the week of July 2-9 which is the high school dead period.
Varsity Boys Football: 6:30-8:30 am

The EDGE is a positive and intense speed, agility, athletic development, and strength program. The goal is to help the athletes of DeWitt prepare for their upcoming sports during the school year. The EDGE is designed to make all participants better athletes, regardless of the sports they participate in.
The staff of the EDGE will consist of the following coaches:
*The Human Performance Institute of DeWitt owner Justin Hartig and several members of his staff
*3D Dynamic Performance Training owner Nate Schafer and members of his staff
*DeWitt Head Varsity Football Coach Rob Zimmerman
*Several DHS current coaches and former standout athletes
This years EDGE is $135.00 for all programs grades 7-12. This is a tremendous value for the money and our athletes will receive training that is second to none at the high school level. The EDGE includes 18 total training sessions and a t-shirt. Each training day will include both weight training and athletic development/speed development and boy weight strength training with an introduction to the weight room for the 8th grade.
***All groups will meet in the high school weight room on the first day of the program***
