Kids and Family Yoga-Winter Play Yoga

Rockwood Park and Museum is hosting yoga sessions for children and families with the popular instructor, Maryann Quinn. These monthly, themed and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered and active. Kids can practice with a guardian present or the entire family can practice together. Locations within Rockwood structures may vary. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. All ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
