Description
This is a one-of-a-kind workshop in New Castle County! Sign-up today! This workshop is limited to 8 participants and slots are anticipated to sell fast.
Join us for a meditation and grooming session with the horses at Carousel Equestrian Center, followed by an on-the-mat yoga session with Amy Kendall (200-hour RYT). This workshop is for participants, ages 16 and up, who are interested in the calming effects of spending time with horses and in practicing yoga. After a meditation with horses, Amy will guide you through a yoga session designed to help stretch and strengthen muscles used for riding.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle and riding or work boots to be worn in the barn. $50/person
