Rhythm Kids® by Music Together® is the next musical step for your child's musical journey. Each week we drum, sing, dance, play rhythm instruments, and begin to play music-based games. Rhythm Kids® guides children toward developmentally appropriate music and movement activities, where they can begin to take charge, lead others, and be musically creative, as they: make up their own drumming patterns invent new ways to play rhythm instruments (shakers, sticks, etc.) create movement ideas for songs even take a drum solo! Children integrate and assimilate rhythm into their lives, as they: learn multicultural drumming patterns; develop new repertoire on various percussion instruments; explore movement and dance while singing songs; play games based on music and drumming; have fun with a host of rhythm activities.
Rhythm Kids® by Music Together® (Ages 4-6):
Caregiver participation is required.
Enrolled families will also have access to:
- 45-minute, weekly classes indoor for nine weeks.
- Families will receive a Rhythm Kids® songbook as well as a CD, a music download code, access to coloring pages and musical games via the "Hello Everybody" app.
- Songbook, CD and download code will be distributed the first day of class.
Tuition is $255 for 9 weeks of classes and includes the current term's songbook and music download code.
Siblings can join for just $185! (materials not included for sibling enrollment, one set of materials per family). Please call the office at 206-526-8443 to complete sibling registrations.
