Intro to Figure Drawing

Learn the basics of figure drawing by learning about the proportions of form, working with faces, hands, and other challenging topics encountered in figure drawing. We expect to see excellent growth with this beginner drawing class.

**Heads up! On the first day we will start right away with three hours of active studio time as we will be drawing on large drawing pads with ebony pencils and kneaded erasers right away. Ask for help from your favorite art supply store to find the specific items on the supply list.

Bring 18"x24" white drawing pad, with 50 - 100 sheets, ebony pencil, pencil sharpener, kneaded eraser, vine charcoal sticks, and 6 technical drawing pencils (6h, 4h, 2h, 2b, 4b, 6b) You are also welcome to bring any additional supplies that you wish to work with.
