Cooking Pizza and Calzones

Love pizza and want to learn about making more at home? This course will take you through making homemade pizza, calzones, and more! This course will go through how to make food from scratch and will be a hands on experience with one of our pizza ovens at the Union.

**Please Note** - This class starts earlier than our usual course programming.

This course is taught by Allison McKee from our Union Culinary Team! Allison went to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and has been a professional chef in New York, Chicago, and now Madison. They are passionate about creating ways for people to learn more about culinary skills and we are thrilled to be working with them.
