Description
This program is designed for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Participants must be able to function in a large group setting.
Join our weekly Adaptive Yoga class and experience the transformative power of yoga tailored to every need and skill level. Our instructor will guide you through gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and meditative practices designed to promote relaxation, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Sign up now and take the first step. Family members are welcome to register and join.
If a participant is under the age of 12, a parent is required to register and stay alongside the participant during the duration of the class.
A minimum of 5 registrants is required to host the yoga session. If canceled, a full refund will be processed along with communication of the cancelation.
