Description
This class introduces children to basic water skills, which children continue to build on as they progress in their swimming ability. Participants start developing positive attitudes, effective swimming habits, and safe practicing in and around the water. Children will work on retrieving submerged objects, gliding, and rolling from front to back and back to front with support.

Refund Policy
• Swim lessons, water aerobics, lifeguard training, WSI Certification, and FlowRider league: a transfer or refund (minus non-refundable fee) will be provided up to seven days before the start of the activity. Once the activity has begun, all fees are non-refundable.
• Swim teams: a transfer into a different aquatics program will be provided up to 5 days after the start of the activity.
• Aquatics passes, lap swim, season packages, Dive-In Movies, and special events are non-refundable.
• Cancellations by the City of Mesa: When Swim Lessons and Water Aerobics are canceled by the City, there will be a prorated refund after three missed classes.
