Match balls and courts fees are included in the total price. Must be available each week for the 8 total matches or request a sub to fill in for you (at least 48 hrs in advance) if you can't make it one of the weeks.

Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds, regardless of circumstances, unless the program is canceled by City of Mesa Parks and Recreation. Fees vary based on programs, please contact 480-644-3874 for more information.

Players will be scheduled to play at 6PM(Weeks 1-3) and at 7:45PM(Weeks 4-6). Double check your match times. No matches on 12/23, 12/30 & 1/20. Schedule for entire league will be posted on TeamSideline 1 week before at: https://teamsideline.com/sites/mesaaz/schedules
Rain / Match Cancellation Policy
If one of the weeks gets rained out or cancelled for whatever reason a week will be added to the end of the season and the end date will be extended one week.
Timed Match Rules
Timed match rules will be in effect for the Summer 2024 Leagues to make sure the leagues finish in the allotted 1 hour & 45 min time frame. This will ensure that the 8pm matches start on time as well. Rules & Guidelines will be posted on Team Sideline and emailed out to the league players.

REFUND POLICY:
(1) A league that a player wishes to cancel less than 1 week prior to the league start date will not receive a refund nor a transfer.
(2) A league that a player wishes to cancel 2 weeks or less prior but more than 1 week prior to the activity start date will be allowed to transfer to a future activity.
(3) A league that a player wishes to cancel that is more than 2 weeks before the start date will receive a refund but with the administrative non-refundable fee taken out.
(4) To request a refund or transfer you need to email MTPC@MesaAz.gov
