Women's 3.5 (CANCELLED - low interest)

This tournament is on Friday, January 24th, 6:00pm-9:00pm.

This is a Men's Singles and a Women's Singles Tournament

"Diamonds in the Moonlight" Themed Event. Wear Black and White attire and receive a raffle ticket.

Check-in at 5:30pm, warm-up at 5:45pm, tournament starts right at 6:00pm. 1-day, non-elimination tournament. 4 NTRP skills level divisions offered, guaranteed 3 one-set matches in just approximately 3 hours. USTA membership is required for ranking points or you can also create a non member USTA member ID to play on www.usta.com. Draws and results will be posted on USTA.

An administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds, regardless of circumstances, unless the program is canceled by City of Mesa Parks and Recreation. Fees vary based on programs, please contact 480-644-3874 for more information.

Diamonds in the Moonlight - Black & White Attire! Awards given out for 1st place in each division. If the division you registered for does not have at least 3 registrants, you will be typically be moved to the next closest skill level division. You will need to have a USTA NTRP rating to play in this event. Go to www.USTA.com login to your existing account or create an account then got your profile and click self rate. Notes

REFUND POLICY:

(1) An activity that a player wishes to cancel less than 2 business days (48 hours), prior to the tournament start date will not receive a refund nor a transfer.

(2) An activity that a player wishes to cancel 1 week or less prior but more than 2 business days prior to the tournament start date will be allowed to transfer to a future tournament.

(3) An activity that a player wishes to cancel that is more than 1 week in advance will receive a refund but with the administrative non-refundable fee taken out.

(4) If an activity is cancelled by Mesa Tennis & Pickleball Center then a full refund will be given.

(5) To request a refund or transfer you need to email MTPC@MesaAz.gov

(6) Please note once you have transferred a class to a future month you are not able to transfer that class again nor request a refund.
