Description
Swim team focuses on stroke technique, fitness, and socializing in a positive team setting. This 8-week program offers 45 min to 1-hour practices 4 days a week. Most weeks include a competition between other city teams. The season closes with qualifying, and championship meets. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool without assistance.

Refund Policy
• Swim lessons, water aerobics, and FlowRider league: a transfer or refund (minus non-refundable fees) will be provided up to the end of the second meeting of the activity.
• Swim teams: a transfer or refund (minus non-refundable fees) will be provided up to 5 days after the start of the activity.
• Aquatics passes, season packages, Dive-In Movies, and Special events are non-refundable.
• For Swim Lessons and Water Aerobics, there will be a prorated refund after three missed classes for those classes missed due to inclement weather or cancellations by the City of Mesa.
• Lifeguard training and WSI certification a transfer or refund (minus any non-refundable fees) will be provided up to seven days before the start of the activity.
• Lap swim is non-refundable; changes to reservations must be requested prior to the start of the reservation start time

No practice on July 4th
All parents and participants must agree to the City’s Code of Conduct for Youth Sports. Competitive Ruling: Athletes may not practice with a club team while enrolled in the summer rec program.
