Sign up now for this highly popular and effective etiquette class. In the first class, kids prepare a variety of foods, then sit and enjoy the rewards of their labor all the while discussing the concepts and rules of manners and etiquette. Class two is a four-course meal served to them restaurant style, while their dining etiquette is critiqued by Chef Joel in a fun and productive manner.

Class One: Vegetable Minestrone with Garlic Butter Flatbread; Italian Herbed Meatballs with Tomato

Day Two: Bread and Butter Basket; Vegetable Soup; Mixed Green Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing; Chicken Wellingtons with Classic Veloute; Herbed Rice Pilaf; Vegetable Side Dish; Fresh Fruit Napoleons; Manners and Etiquette 102.
