Intro to Digital Photography
July 28 - August 1, 2025
9 am - 4 pm, Ages 13 - 18
Have you ever wanted to learn how to use Photoshop? Do you have a digital camera and want to learn to take amazing photos with it? In this workshop, students will learn about Adobe Photoshop software, shooting techniques, lighting, printing and more all in Mason's School of Art labs and facilities. Students will present a photography showcase for families at the end of the week.
Participants are required to bring their own digital camera. A DSLR or mirrorless camera is preferred, however, a point and shoot digital camera is also acceptable. Smartphone cameras are discouraged, as students will be working with image file types that may not be compatible.
