Description
Join us as we embark on a meditative journey that consists of pure relaxation through a sound bowl healing meditation. The sound bowls activate and energize chakras within your body and work with your individual needs and intentions to align and create a deeper connection internally. Sound bowl healing meditation benefits include relieving stress, anxiety, insomnia, and may also enhance your state of being.
*Guest are REQUIRED to bring yoga mats and water; items will NOT be provided at the location. Additional items such as blankets and pillows can be brought but are NOT a requirement.
*Please make note that you will be lying on the floor during the Sound Bowl if you are unable to do so a chair may be provided upon request. Depending on the weather the class will be hosted either indoors or out.
*Please Arrive 15 minutes early, Class will begin promptly. Remember this is a meditative practice. Late arrivals will NOT be admitted as late-comers may cause disruption to the mediation!!!!

•Participants should not attend if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, chills, muscle pain, headache, vomiting and diarrhea.
REFUND POLICY
Participants should contact LA County Parks office to request their refund. For faster processing, consider saving your credit card information to your Active Net account.
•Full Refund: For weekly classes, a full refund will be given when notice is received at least five working days prior to the first scheduled class.
•Prorated Refund: Requests received by the Department within two days after the first scheduled class will be refunded for the remaining classes.
•No Refund Exceptions: No refunds will be issued more than 2 days after the first scheduled class.
•Full Refund Workshops: For 1- to 3-day workshops, a full refund will be given when notice is received by at least five working days prior to the start date of the first workshop.
•No Refund Workshops: For 1- to 3-day workshops, no refunds will be issued if not requested five working days prior to the start date of the first workshop.
