Levine Jazz Band

The Levine Jazz Band is designed for middle school and high school students new to ensemble playing who wish to study and perform jazz. Throughout the semester, We'll study jazz repertoire, develop improvisation skills, and build on their ability to work as a group.

All instruments are welcome. Please note: An audition is required for all new students. Auditions for Fall 2023 are held by appointment and consist of C, Bb, and F Major scales, a short musical excerpt of the student's choice, and sight-reading.
