Description
Maintain muscle and build muscle mass, practice balance, strengthen your core and nueromuscular patterns. We also work on flexibility and range of motion. We will move to uplifting music and enjoy each other's company. Bring 2 or 3 pound weights, water, and a smile.
CLASS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM. Class recordings will be available for 7 days after the class.
