KCE FLAG FOOTBALL

Join the KCE Recreational Flag Football League to develop skills and learn the fundamentals of the game. This league is for players PreK 4-yr-olds through 9th grade. All skill levels are welcome!

UPDATE: Flag football has been postponed one week due to lack of coaches across the board - practices will now start the week of Aug 26th. If you can help, please register below

Players will be placed on teams based on grade and skill level to balance the teams to create a competitive, fun league!

REGISTRATION COST & DEADLINE

Registration is back open online through the first day of school, Thursday August 15th to allow for late registrations
Cost is $150 to register

DIVISIONS

* PreK-K Flag

* 1st-2nd Flag

* 3rd-4th Flag

* 5th-6th Flag

* 7th-9th Flag

COACHES

* Coaches are needed for prekk, 1st-2nd and 3rd-4th flag

* Coaches can pick one assistant to coach with

* Coaches cannot keep the same team/players season to season

* If you can be a head or assistant coach, please register at the link below

* REGISTER TO COACH

ROSTERS

* Rosters cannot be drafted until coaches are in place

* Teams are randomly chosen to give players the opportunity to make new friends and to have exposure to different coaches

KICKOFF

* The season will begin the week of August 19th

* Start date could be postponed one week if coaches are not in place

IMPORTANT DATES

* Fri 9/13 Youth Night

* Tue 10/2 Homecoming Parade

PRACTICES

* Weekday practices will begin the week of August 19th

* Start date could be postponed one week if coaches are not in place

* Each team will have one 1-hr weekday practice on either M/W/F

* Practices are determined by coach availability

GAMES

* Flag Football games will be played in the afternoon on Saturdays

* 7th-9th Division will play mid-morning on Saturdays if there are no soccer conflicts

* First games will be Saturday September 7th

* Final games will be Saturday October 26th

TOURNAMENTS

* 3rd-4th Grade Flag will have an end-of-the-season Tournament Oct 26th

* 5th-6th Grade Flag will have an end-of-the-season Tournament Oct 26th

* 7th-9th Grade Flag will have an end-of-the-season Tournament Oct 26th

* Championship games could extend into Sunday October 27th
