Description

Most individuals are familiar with the Bill of Rights, perhaps not all 10 but at least the important ones. There are fewer individuals that are familiar with the remaining 17 amendments, when they were passed and why they were passed. This presentation will wrap up the history of the U. S. Constitution by looking at the content and history of the remaining 17 amendments. One interesting note is that the 27th amendment was originally proposed to be included in the Bill of Rights but did not make the cut. It took 201 years to get this amendment ratified.
