Zumba Toning with Maureen Copeland, AAAI

Take the original Zumba dance fitness class to the next level. We add an innovative muscle-training protocol and Zumba toning sticks (provided). Small (2-5-pound) hand weights can be used in addition. Participants 13-17 years old may register but must be accompanied by a participating parent/guardian.
