Description

Explore the art of musical theater, set and costume design! The first part of this class will be spent creating a performance by learning lines and songs, blocking and choreography. Next, participants will travel to the art room, where they'll work to create backdrops, props, and other inspired works of art to complement their theatrical work. This class culminates in a final performance worthy of a Tony Award!

Equipment needed for this program:

All needed equipment or materials will be provided by Hill House.

Important guidelines and notes for this season:

Families are expected to have a guardian or caretaker DROP-OFF their child and leave Hill House facilities. Adults MUST CHECK-IN with Hill House Staff when dropping off, and SIGN-OUT when picking up.

If class is cancelled due to inclement weather or the instructor being unavailable, we will offer a make- up class. We are unfortunately unable to provide individual make-up classes if the participant is absent.

An administrative fee ($20) may be applied for withdrawal requests after the start of the season.
