YS: Boys Basketball 11-12 @ Cook Park #2

This recreational team/league emphasizes teamwork, skill development, sportsmanship and camaraderie in a fun environment. Teams participate in regional leagues, followed by a tiered citywide tournament based on league results. Teams practice twice per week Dec. 16-21 and Jan. 6-11.

Teams practice once per week Dec. 23-28 and Dec. 30 - Jan. 4 (schedule determined by coach/recreation center). Teams have one practice and one game per week Jan. 13 - Feb. 22. February 24 - March 1 will be a practice only / make-up game week. A single-elimination postseason tournament will be played March 3-15.

No practices or games will be held on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Presidents' Day. Practices scheduled for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents' Day may be rescheduled at the coach/recreation center's discretion.

Practice days are determined by recreation centers. Games will be played on Thursdays, typically between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, at varying locations. Additional tournament games may be played on Saturdays, March 8 & 15. Game schedules will be available at www.denveryouthsports.org.
